The cycling star, 24, has two gold medals under his belt after a stunning victory against Frenchman Victor Koretzky on July 29.
He also made history at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics when he won Great Britain's first-ever mountain biking medal.

'This was my biggest goal of the year,' the Yorkshire-born Olympic winner told presenters Ed Balls and Kate Garraway, 'To win in Paris. So, it's a big relief. That's for sure.'

Ed Balls replied: 'The thing I'd love to know, I watched the race live, was watching it on the TV, and I don't know a huge amount about mountain biking, but I have to say rather embarrassingly, I said on the show last week that it looks quite easy.
'But of course, it's not easy, is it?'
Pidco*ck smiled incredulously and said: 'Someone showed me a clip of that before I'd come on.'
The whole studio erupted with laughter and cries with Kate Garraway saying: 'Do you want to take him to task about that?'
But Ed Balls continued before Pidco*ck had a chance to respond.

The Olympic gold medallist said: 'Practice laps, I guess.
'We raced Monday, I think the first day of practice was Thursday.
'So I went Thursday, Saturday, Sunday doing practice laps.'
'So you have a good sense of the course all the time that you race?' Asked Balls.
'Yeah,' said Pidco*ck.

Tom Pidco*ck defended his Olympic cross-country mountain bike gold in dramatic fashion
Pidco*ck was booed by the crowds after beating the home favourite in the Olympic men's mountain bike race.
He overtook Vitor Koretzky in a daring move on the final lap to defend his Olympic title, having recovered from an early puncture, on July 29.
Supporters could be heard jeering Pidco*ck as he crossed the line at Elancourt Hill before the star also received a few boos during his victory ceremony.
In an emotional video, the gold medalist said: 'It's a shame the French were booing me. That's not really the spirit of the Olympics. But I do understand that the French are very passionate, they wanted Victor to win.
'That was understandable. But they didn't boo the rock that made me puncture.'
Pidco*ck who hails from Yorkshire, began riding at just three years old, so it is no surprise the young cyclist already has two gold medals under his belt. He took part in his first official race at the age of seven.
The Yorkshireman was born in Leeds, however, it is unclear whether or not the two-time Olympic gold medallist still resides there.
What is known about his private life however is that he is in a loving relationship with Bethany Louise Zajac.
Bethany is a project manager and interior designer.
The loving couple share two dogs together, two long-haired dachshunds named Chestnut and Acorn.
The two adorable dogs even have their own Instagram, where the couple share updates on their pooch adventures.
