Mrs. Hartman, Missy and Frank,
I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of your husband and father. Although it has been awhile since high school, I'm sure he was there to watch Missy playing field hockey and we got a chance to meet and talk. Losing a parent is something one never dreams of but know the wonderful memories will give you comfort during times of sadness. May there be lots of hugs and prayers as you all try to deal with a new way of living and loving. Rest in Peace!!

Frank's memory and captivating smile will forever be embedded in our hearts. A loving friend who you immediately felt like you've known him forever. Frank was a part of our Air Force Combat Photography group, a bond of brothers that is eternal. Condolences to Barbara and the family. Rest in peace, Frank.

Frank taught evening RSES classes at the Pennsauken High School. I attended for several years back in the 80's. He will always be on that short list of people who made a difference in the lives of those he came into contact with. Frank was one of the good guys.

Oh did he love the Jersey shore. So many memories over the years of beach, fishing and eating crabs. Frank loved a good time and a crowd going back to bazooka days with my Mom and Dad. He loved working in Cape May so he could stop by and visit. He loved people and we loved him. He will be missed. Jan and Charles
